Rules and Policies

There’s no enrollment fee – you only pay for our classes.
Classes should be paid at least 24 hours before your class.
Hour packages are personal, non-refundable, and must be used within 30 days of purchase. (Example: if you buy 10 hours, they should be used within a month.)
Bring a friend! If they sign up for group classes, you’ll receive a 10% discount on your monthly fee.
For private lessons, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
For group lessons, missed classes can’t be made up or refunded.
All scheduling and class changes go through the academy team – not directly with teachers.
Please be on time: arriving late means a shorter class.
The academy may occasionally adjust schedules, teachers, or class locations, but we’ll always let you know in advance.
Packages are designed for regular learning, so make sure to use your hours within the month you purchase them
